What LemricFit is

LemricFit is a local fitness app for running, cycling, walking, and hiking. It records GPS tracks and — when available — heart rate, cadence, and power, then turns each workout into a clear summary. You do not need a LemricFit account. There is no social feed and no mandatory upload.

Common topics

  • Location

The app needs location access to draw your route while you record. You can change the permission in system Settings. If location is denied, distance and other stats may still appear, but there will be no GPS path on the map.

  • Bluetooth sensors

Open Sensors in the app, start a scan, and select your heart-rate, cadence, or power meter. The sensor should be awake and close to the phone. On iOS, Bluetooth permission appears the first time you scan.

  • Backups and encryption

You can make encrypted backups on the device. Optional iCloud or Google Drive backup stores the sealed file without your encryption key. If you use a recovery key, keep it somewhere safe — it is the only way to restore after a full wipe or new phone when the key is gone from the device.

  • Accounts

LemricFit does not create an account for you. Optional Google Drive backup on Android uses your Google account only for that backup. Health data stays in Apple Health or Health Connect under your control.
